Comparing their single-ended analogue outputs (because the Node 2i doesn't do balanced), the CXN (V2) exposes us to a little more inner detail but a substantially more expansive soundstage. When I had the Node 2 I used two outputs. It may have to do with if the hard drive is removed and then attached againI will find it eventually.
